SpokenWord Sounds: A Monthly Podcast of SpokenWord Paris, by Victor

SpokenWord Sounds exists for the Paris spoken word community... and beyond. It exists thanks to, and for, you – the poets, singers, storytellers, comedians and everyone who crowds into the cellar at the Chat Noir on Monday nights. And for those of you who have left Paris and miss those nights. And for those of you who not yet been, but are curious and like good poetics. Now you can listen again to a poet you like or whose performance you missed.
SpokenWord Sounds celebrates the Paris spoken word community and hopes to bring your poetry and performance to a wider audience.

Download or stream the podcasts for free. (By entering 0 when you name your price.) Listen to them in the metro, on your way somewhere.
Share them so people discover the poets and performers. Pass them on to people who didn't make it to the Chat Noir that night, or who are outside Paris.

Like what we're doing? Make a donation when you download or stream! Donations go to SpokenWord Paris and contribute to our future projects - such as next month's podcast or publishing The Bastille literary journal.

about

SpokenWord Paris Paris, France

SpokenWord Paris is one pole of a nomadic tribe of people who love poetry, writing and song. A home for creatives and lost anglophones. We do two open mic nights (SpokenWord every Monday, Open Secret every Wednesday) and a writers’ workshop at Shakespeare & Company (every Sunday.) We do a literary journal called The Bastille.
